Do you deliver across Canada?

Yes - we ship plywood anywhere in Canada from our Ontario warehouse. Most products are in stock locally and ready to go out as soon as your quote is confirmed.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Pickup is available at our Canadian warehouse and at our US warehouse in Newark, NJ. Let us know during the quote process and we'll arrange a time.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Plywood pricing moves with the global market. Supply costs, shipping rates, and exchange rates shift week to week - sometimes 10-15% within a few months. Posting a static price would either be outdated or force us to inflate it as a safety margin. Instead, we send you a personal quote with current pricing, so you pay what it actually costs today.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts on full packages (bundles) of plywood. The number of sheets per package varies by product, so please call us to confirm the pack size, or simply submit a quote request and we'll sort it out for you.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is quoted separately based on your order and destination, and included in your custom quote so you see the full number before committing. There are no hidden fees added later.

Who do you work with?

Anyone who needs plywood. Our customers include DIY hobbyists, cabinetmakers, furniture builders, contractors, CNC and laser shops, and large-scale manufacturers. The same quote process works whether you need one sheet or a hundred.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

For large or recurring orders we can arrange samples on request. Send us a note about your project and we'll work something out.

What's the difference between Interior and Exterior plywood?

The glue. Interior plywood typically uses melamine-based glue - strong and stable in dry indoor conditions, but not waterproof. Exterior plywood uses phenolic glue (often labeled WBP - Water Boiled Proof), which holds up to moisture, weather, and outdoor exposure. If your project will see rain, humidity, or any contact with water, choose Exterior. Application is listed on every product page.

Can I use your plywood for CNC and laser cutting?

Some of it, yes - but not all. Products specifically suited for CNC and laser work need a void-free core, uniform thickness, tight grain, and clean machining behavior. We carry dedicated Laser Die Boards, and many of our Baltic Birch products work well for CNC. Formwork plywood, OSB, and some construction-grade products are not appropriate for laser or precision CNC. Tell us what machine you're running and what you're cutting when you request a quote - we'll recommend the right product.

How do I know which thickness to choose?

Common rules of thumb for furniture and cabinet work: 1/8" and 1/4" for backing panels, drawer bottoms, model-making, and laser cutting; 1/2" for drawer sides and light shelving; 5/8" for lighter cabinet boxes; 3/4" for cabinet boxes, furniture, structural work, and heavy shelving. Formwork and structural plywood use different thickness logic based on load and span. If you're unsure, describe your project in your quote request - we'll suggest the right thickness.
