HEXA Plywood is a heavy-duty, film-faced panel with a raised hexagonal anti-slip pattern hot-pressed into the face. Built on a dense hardwood core and bonded with weatherproof phenolic glue, it is designed for traction: the textured mesh face keeps boots, cargo, and wheels from sliding in wet, oily, or dusty conditions. The reverse side carries a smooth phenolic film that sheds moisture and wipes clean. Where smooth form panels are made to release concrete, HEXA is made to grip, which makes it the go-to panel for floors, ramps, platforms, and decking that face moisture and constant wear.

HEXA Plywood 3/4″ is built for surfaces that people, cargo, and equipment move across. The raised hexagonal anti-slip face makes it well suited to trailer and truck bed flooring, van and container floors, loading ramps, scaffold boards, work platforms, mezzanine decking, stage and event flooring, and dock or walkway surfaces. It also performs well in horse trailers and stables where sure footing matters. The phenolic-bonded hardwood core resists moisture, delamination, and repeated impact, while painted edges slow water uptake on the jobsite. Do you deliver across Canada?

Yes - we ship plywood anywhere in Canada from our Ontario warehouse. Most products are in stock locally and ready to go out as soon as your quote is confirmed.

How fast will I get my order?

Most products are in stock at our local warehouses and ship out quickly once your quote is confirmed. Exact transit time depends on your location and the carrier.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Pickup is available at our Canadian warehouse and at our US warehouse in Newark, NJ. Let us know during the quote process and we'll arrange a time.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Plywood pricing moves with the global market. Supply costs, shipping rates, and exchange rates shift week to week - sometimes 10-15% within a few months. Posting a static price would either be outdated or force us to inflate it as a safety margin. Instead, we send you a personal quote with current pricing, so you pay what it actually costs today.

Do you price-match other suppliers?

Send us a quote request with what you're seeing elsewhere and we'll do our best to match or beat it, especially on larger orders. Our pricing is competitive on volume and on premium grades.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

For large or recurring orders we can arrange samples on request. Send us a note about your project and we'll work something out.

What's formwork plywood and can I use it for furniture?

Formwork plywood is designed for pouring concrete - it has a film-coated face (usually phenolic film, brown or black) that releases cleanly from cured concrete and stands up to repeated reuse on construction sites. It's not intended for indoor furniture, cabinet, or food-contact applications: the coating and adhesives are formulated for industrial exterior use, not indoor air quality.
