Naturally, under the soft roof you should use the exterior birch plywood with increased water resistance. The thickness of plywood depends on the distance between joists - the smaller the distance, the thinner should be the plywood. But usually it is 12mm or 15mm thickness.

For shuttering it is better to use film faced plywood. That way hot concrete can be poured on each side up to 40 times - you will save on material resources.

Your best choice would be to use Baltic birch plywood Interior S2S. It is high quality plywood and is more environmentally-friendly.
